EArt Video Cutter is a powerful tool to cut large AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF, MOV, QT file into smaller clips in various format and enables you to add over 50 effects to your video file. It provides a built-in preview that allows you to select the section when you view the clip, and allows you to save any frame as image file. You can use this software to extract segments or convert a single video file. It comes with fast speed and supports a lot of popular movie formats, such as AVI, MPEG1, MPEG2 (NTSC/PAL options for DVD, VCD, SVCD), WMV, ASF, Real Media and Quick Time formats. The interface is very user-friendly and easy-to-use.

EArt Video Cutter supports the following video formats:
AVI: Standard AVI (uncompressed), MPEG4, DivX, XviD and more, it depends on the codec installed on your computer.
WMV: WMV, ASF, ASX and all Windows Media Video formats.
Real Media: RM, RMVB and all Real Networks Video formats. (Real Media files can be encoded, can't be decoded)
MPEG: Custom MPEG1, MPEG2 format and NTSC VCD, NTSC SVCD, NTSC DVD, PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, PAL DVD.
Quick Time: Quick Time Video formats. (MOV or QT files can be decoded, can't be encoded)
